Excerpt: “The Kimberley Land Council says any gas hub project at James Price Point in the Kimberley is in doubt after an unconstructive meeting with the Premier Colin Barnett.
Mr Bergmann emerged from that meeting saying negotiations have all but completely broken down.
He says the Premier is standing firm in his threat to acquire the land compulsorily.”
