The Kimberley

The Kimberley region of Western Australia is as inhospitable and remote as it is breathtaking and diverse.  From the fringes of vast deserts to wild rivers, deep gorges, mountain ranges of mythical proportions and coastline lashed by cyclones and gigantic tides,  it is a land that has weathered the ravages of time. The Kimberley is one of the oldest land masses on the planet, untouched for over 800 million years, a land that has escaped the heavy hand of man and remained as it always has been, a wilderness.
